Returns & Exchange

Please note: we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. This applies to all orders, including international.

We are currently based in Australia, so we can only offer free returns and exchanges within Australia.

For international customers we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

International exchanges incur a USD $20 flat fee. That covers return shipping as well as the cost to get a new wetsuit to you.

We are unable to offer return or exchange of secondhand or sample wetsuits outside of Australia.
